All Entry Fees paid online through PayPal link to the right.

Entry Types: All Photographs submitted online. No mail-in entries accepted.

Judging: Juried

• Top photos in each category: 1st - $200, 2nd - $100, 3rd - $50
• Best of Show - $500
• People's Choice $500

Youth Competition - Open Feb 8 - Apr 30, 2010

Subject Matter: "Open"

(Not Limited to People - Places - Nature - Abstracts - Altered Images - Historic Augusta)

Registration Fees: FREE

Judging: Juried

Prizes: Top Three photos in each age category: 1st - $50, 2nd - $25, 3rd - $15 & a Free Student Membership to the Gertrude Herbert Institute of Art and a Morris Museum Family Membership.

Entry Types: A hard copy and a digital copy must be submitted for each entry. Hard Copies (Matted/Framed Prints) and CDs will be submitted at any East Central Georgia Regional Library branch.  Branches are listed in Youth Rules. Digital Copies must be turned in on CD.

By entering the contest, entrants grant The Augusta Photography Festival a royalty-free, world-wide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, reproduce, and create derivative works of the entries, in whole or in part, in any media now existing or subsequently developed, for any Festival purpose, including, but not limited to advertising and promotion of the Festival and its website, exhibition, and commercial products. Photographs may appear on the Festival’s website as well as in various publications that feature the Festival. Any photograph reproduced will include a photographer credit. The Augusta Photography Festival will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such uses. The Augusta Photography Festival is not responsible for loss or damage to photographs entered into the competition.
